Dave has over 23 years of experience with work related to water resources and environmental evaluations/permitting. Dave has a unique background that encompasses hydrology, water quality, and biology. This is supported by his BS in Fishery Biology from Colorado State University, and MS in Hydrology from Utah State University.

Throughout his career Dave has managed a wide range of projects for both public and private clients. Areas of expertise include: water resources, water rights, wetlands and Section 404 permitting, water quality management, aquatic biology, land reclamation and Clean Water Act compliance. Dave believes in working closely with clients and regulators to seek solutions that meet the objectives of all parties involved.
